Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between corporate motivation, entrepreneurs knowledge and corporate independent and the performance of entrepreneurs. A survey was conducted at the small industry in Medan town, with a sample of 45 randomly selected. The research concludes that there is a positive correlation between: 1) the corporate motivation and the performance of entrepreneurs, 2). The entrepreneurial knowledge and the performance of entrepreneurs, 3) the corporate independence and the performance of entrepreneurs there is not a positive correlation between, 4) Moreover there is a positive correlation between the corporate of motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge, and corporate independence with the performance of entrepreneurs.
