Available Positions:

  1. Editor
    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the editorial process, ensuring the selection and publication of high-quality manuscripts in line with the journal’s focus on management and economics.

    • Collaborate with authors, reviewers, and the editorial team to ensure smooth processing of submitted articles.

    • Provide guidance on the development and implementation of editorial policies and strategies.

    • Review and make final decisions on article acceptance or rejection.

    • Promote the journal within academic and professional networks.

    • Assist in maintaining the journal's reputation and visibility in the academic community.

    Qualifications:

    • A Master & Ph.D. in management, economics, or a related field.

    • At least 5 years of experience in academic publishing or journal management.

    • A strong record of publications in reputable academic journals.

    • Knowledge of editorial workflows and peer-review processes.

    • Experience in managing or editing journals is highly desirable.

  2. Reviewer
    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Review submitted manuscripts to ensure their quality, relevance, and contribution to the fields of management and economics.

    • Provide constructive feedback to authors to help improve the quality of their work.

    • Ensure that manuscripts meet the journal's standards for methodology, data analysis, and theoretical contribution.

    • Adhere to deadlines and maintain confidentiality during the review process.

    • Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure the journal publishes cutting-edge research.

    Qualifications:

    • A strong academic background in management, economics, or a related discipline.

    • A record of relevant research and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

    • Familiarity with the peer-review process and academic publishing standards.

    • Expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferred: corporate governance, economics, finance, marketing, human resources, or international business.

    • Ability to provide timely, constructive, and insightful reviews.
