Publishing Workflow
1
Submission and Author Readiness
Authors submit manuscripts through our journal platform following the journal’s scope, template, and author guidelines.
Required statements at submission (as applicable): Ethics Statement, Conflict of Interest, Funding, Author Contributions (CRediT), and Data/Materials Availability.
2
Editorial Screening
Before peer review, every submission undergoes an initial evaluation to confirm:
  • Scope and relevance to the journal aims
  • Originality and clarity of the manuscript
  • Ethical compliance (human/animal approvals, informed consent, permissions)
  • Similarity screening to support originality and proper citation practice
  • Basic methodological and reporting adequacy (sufficient detail to evaluate the work)
3
Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to an editor and reviewed by independent experts. Our review process prioritizes objectivity, confidentiality, and constructive feedback.
Reviewers assess: contribution/novelty, methods, analysis, validity of conclusions, reporting transparency, and relevance to the field.
4
Editorial Decision
Based on peer review and editorial judgment, decisions may include:
Accept Minor Revision Major Revision Reject
Editors ensure decisions are based on scholarly merit and ethical standards—not on commercial or non-academic considerations.
5
Revision and Verification
Authors respond to reviewer comments point-by-point. Editors verify revisions and may request additional review where necessary. Final checks confirm consistency across ethics disclosures, references, tables/figures, and reporting standards.
6
Production and Publication
After acceptance:
  • Copyediting and layout are completed to improve readability and consistency.
  • Final files are prepared for online publication, including complete metadata for discoverability.
  • Articles may be assigned persistent identifiers (e.g., DOI) in accordance with journal/publisher policy and published on the journal site.
7
Post-Publication Responsibility
We maintain the integrity of the scholarly record through transparent, documented updates, including:
  • Corrections / Errata when needed
  • Expressions of concern (when appropriate)
  • Retractions for proven serious issues (e.g., misconduct, invalid results)
8
Transparency and Community Trust
We are committed to:
  • Clear policies on peer review, ethics, APC/fees (if any), and author rights
  • Respectful editorial communication and timely processing
  • Continuous improvement aligned with international best practices in scholarly publishing
