INSPIRETECH GLOBAL INSIGHT is committed to safeguarding the integrity of the scholarly record through transparent policies, rigorous editorial practices, and accountable post-publication stewardship. We expect authors, reviewers, and editors to uphold the highest standards of honesty, accuracy, fairness, and responsibility in research and publishing.
CORE PRINCIPLES
What We Stand For
  • Honesty and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Transparency in methods, materials, funding, and potential competing interests.
  • Accountability for the reliability of published work and the scholarly record.
  • Fairness and respect in peer review and editorial decision-making.
  • Compliance with applicable ethical and legal requirements.
PRACTICES
Editorial and Publisher Practices
To protect research integrity, we implement:
Pre-Review Editorial Screening
Screening for scope fit, reporting adequacy, and ethical compliance prior to peer review.
Originality & Citation Support
Similarity checks to support originality and appropriate citation practice.
Ethics Approval Verification
Verification of ethical approvals (e.g., IRB/ethics committee approval, informed consent) when human/animal participants are involved.
Authorship & Contributions
Authorship verification and clear contribution disclosure (recommended: CRediT taxonomy).
COI & Funding Disclosure
Conflict of interest and funding disclosure requirements to support transparency.
Confidentiality
Reviewer and editor confidentiality to protect unbiased assessment and intellectual property.
AUTHOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible Authorship and Reporting
  • Report results truthfully, without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation.
  • Avoid plagiarism and ensure proper attribution and citation.
  • Avoid duplicate submission, redundant publication, and unethical “salami slicing”.
  • Provide accurate authorship (no gift/guest/ghost authorship) and acknowledge contributors appropriately.
  • Disclose funding sources, ethical approval details, and competing interests.
  • Maintain underlying data and documentation to support verification where relevant.
MISCONDUCT
Research Misconduct and Unethical Practices
We take seriously allegations of:
  • Plagiarism and inappropriate text recycling.
  • Fabrication or falsification of data/images.
  • Manipulation of peer review or editorial processes.
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest.
  • Unethical research involving humans/animals.
  • Duplicate publication, redundant publication, and authorship misconduct.
Concerns may be raised by editors, reviewers, readers, institutions, or other stakeholders. Allegations are assessed in line with recognized best-practice guidance (e.g., COPE-style procedures), with attention to due process, confidentiality, and evidence.
POST-PUBLICATION
Corrections, Retractions, and Updates
To maintain the integrity of the scholarly record, we may issue:
  • Corrections/Errata for honest errors that do not invalidate conclusions.
  • Expressions of Concern when serious issues are suspected but not yet resolved.
  • Retractions when findings are unreliable due to misconduct or major error, or when ethical violations are confirmed.
All post-publication actions are documented transparently, linked to the original article, and clearly labeled to preserve the version of record.
REPORTING
Reporting Integrity Concerns
Concerns about published or submitted work may be reported to the editorial office. Reports should include:
  • Article title/DOI (if available).
  • Description of the concern and supporting evidence (e.g., citations, screenshots, analysis).
  • Contact details of the complainant (anonymous reports may be considered when evidence is credible).
Commitment: INSPIRETECH GLOBAL INSIGHT responds to integrity concerns in a timely, fair, and evidence-based manner to protect authors, reviewers, readers, and the scholarly record.
