This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal is an open access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to users and/or institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, for any lawful purpose.

Our open access policy is in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative: free availability of peer-reviewed research on the public internet, permitting users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full texts for any lawful purpose—while ensuring proper acknowledgment and citation of authors.
Recommended Open Access Strategies
I. Self-Archiving
Authors are encouraged to deposit refereed articles in open electronic repositories/archives to increase discoverability and access. Repositories that adhere to the standards of the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) enable search engines to aggregate metadata effectively, allowing distributed archives to be discovered and accessed as a unified and integrated collection.
II. Open-Access Journals
Open-access journals disseminate articles as widely as possible without subscription or access fees, while using licensing and publication ethics to ensure permanent open access and proper attribution.
Integrity, Attribution, and Citation
Open access does not remove scholarly responsibilities. Users must preserve the integrity of the work and provide appropriate acknowledgment and citation to the authors and the journal when reusing or sharing content.
